The Loan is secured by first registered mortgage over 10 recently completed fully attached residential townhouses located in Wantirna South, VIC, approximately 32km east of the Melbourne CBD.
This Loan is a Residual Stock facility whereby it is intended that the Loan and LVR will reduce during the Loan Term from sales of the Security Properties. - The Target Return is 7.40% p.a., net of fees and expenses, and is paid to Investors monthly in arrears.
- The Loan is supported by multiple joint and several guarantees and a General Security Agreement over the Borrower.
- Interest for the initial 8 months of the Loan Term has been lodged on deposit with the Manager.
- The Loan Term is 12 months, subject to early or late repayment, from 23 December 2025 to 22 December 2026.
