The Loan is secured by first registered mortgage over a DA approved residential subdivision site located in Hamlyn Terrace, NSW, approximately 23km north of Gosford and 73km north of the Sydney CBD.

The purpose of the Loan was to assist with the acquisition of the Security Property. 

The 7.252ha site is zoned ‘R1 General Residential', 'R2 Low Density Residential' and 'C3 Environmental Management’ in accordance with Wyong Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2013 and is currently held as a rural/residential land holding and is cleared of improvements.

The directors have experience in managing and completing construction projects.

  • The Loan was advanced at a Loan to Value Ratio of 70%.
  • The Target Return is 7.85% p.a., net of fees and expenses, and is paid to Investors monthly in arrears.
  • The Loan is supported by personal guarantees and a General Security Agreement over the Borrower.
  • Interest for the Term of the Loan has been lodged on deposit with the Manager.
  • The Loan Term is 6 months, subject to early or late repayment, from 2 December 2025 to 1 June 2026.
