The Security Property is included within the ‘Hillview’ Development Plan and was rezoned in December 2023 to 'General Residential'. A Planning Permit application was submitted to Council for a multi-lot submission proposed to yield 286 residential lots.
The purpose of the Loan was to assist with the acquisition of the Security Property for future redevelopment.
