The purpose of the Loan was to assist with the acquisition of the Oran Park Security Property.

The Borrower is an SPV established for the purpose of purchasing the Oran Park Property.

The Directors are part of a family business, primarily made of home building companies. They have extensive experience in property, having completed various developments in the Southwest Sydney region.

  • The Loan was advanced at a Loan to Value Ratio of 57%.
  • The Target Return is 9.20% p.a., net of fees and expenses, and is paid to Investors monthly in arrears.
  • The Loan is supported by multiple joint and several personal and corporate guarantees and a General Security Agreement over the Borrower.
  • Interest for the Term of the Loan has been lodged on deposit with the Manager.
  • The Loan Term is 12 months, subject to early or late repayment, from 24 May 2024 to 23 May 2025.
