This is a Residual Stock Loan and is secured by a first registered mortgage over fifteen (15) residential dwellings, situated in the recently completed Stage 3 residential lot estate known as” The Meadows”. The Meadows is located in Bardia NSW, approximately 40kms southwest of the Sydney CBD. 

The fifteen (15) Security Properties comprise of detached, semi-detached 3 and 4 bedroom houses ranging in size from between 155m2 and 177m2.

The purpose of this Loan was to refinance residual project debt and release equity back to the Borrower Group.

The Borrower Group is a substantial and successful residential land developer with over 60 years’ experience in land subdivision in greater Sydney.

  • The Loan was advanced at a Loan to Value Ratio of 65%.
  • The Target Return is 7.45% p.a., net of fees and expenses, and is paid to Investors monthly.
  • The Loan is supported by multiple joint and several guarantees and a General Security Agreement over the Borrower.
  • The Loan Term is 12 months, subject to early or late repayment, from 11 October 2018 to 10 October 2019.
